Refund Policy

1. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

2. Unopened products

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping non-refundable). Customer covers return postage.

3. Opened / used products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned unless covered by our money-back guarantee below.

4. Money-back guarantee

If you complete the full programme as directed and are not satisfied, contact our WhatsApp support team within the guarantee window stated on your bundle page. We will review your case and process an eligible refund after verification.

5. How to request a refund

6. Non-refundable

Promotional free gifts, shipping fees, and orders past the return window are non-refundable.
